My weekend reading included a magazine, Small Room Decorating, now I, like an annoying patient who read about their disease for 1/2 an hour on the internet, am armed with a little knowledge. One suggestion proposed by several authors is to enhance reflective surfaces, sheen on fabric, gloss on walls and use mirrors.
We have Momo's large mirror. I think left alone it looks old fashioned but perhaps with a silver/mercury glass look paint job, it could anchor the east wall of the front room.
I will think about furniture in another blog.
