The Other Project - Upstairs TV room

Here is an old floor plan for the upstairs game room. The actual measurements are a little smaller than the room really is. It is basically 12' 9 " by 16' 6" wall to wall. The real problem with this room is that all of the cabinets and TV are built in to a short wall. Ken says we absolutely can not change where the TV sits b/c of the surround sound. I had hoped we could just unplug the TV and put it on a low TV/media table between the two windows and then put doors on the big TV cabinet. Well, not anytime soon.
What I need the most help with is furniture placement. The short wall is not long enough to balance seating on either side of the couch. What we have now is the couch on the east wall - best view of the TV and the loveseat on the north wall and an ackward empty space on the south wall. Any suggestions?
